Last year, I went through a rough patch of my entire life, then my partner and I who were still only engaged went through a bad fight that made us separate for a few weeks. In that same time, I lost my job, so I had nothing going for me! With no prospects, I stumbled upon a listing posted by a local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair company, and the firm was offering certification and training to individuals who were willing to sign an agreement, stating that they would continue actually working for the corporation for at least one year to follow. I saw nothing bad at all in such an agreement! I happily signed up for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification and training, and several months later I was actually working in the field while finishing our coursework. I was studying about how the air conditioner systems work, only to go out to a customer’s new home and see the air condenser in action! Later in the year, after finishing our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification course, I began to work on electric and gas-powered oil furnaces, and studying the ins and outs of oil gas furnaces that were ductless or relied on HVAC duct. In a year’s time, I learned more concepts about heating, ventilation and air conditioner than I ever thought possible. Things began to settle down with my personal life too, as the job security that came with being an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair serviceman reassured my then partner-to-be that I had a system planned for the future. Choosing the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C industry for a job did more than advance my experience, however it improved my full life overall!
