Handling all the house calls

It took a near fatal accident to save my life, if you can believe that. But before my accident I was a pure workaholic, and spent 68 to 100 hours a week at my job. Since I owned my own business, I thought the more I worked the better my possibilities for success were… However what I never considered was that by working so much I made myself so  sleepy out and busy that I was more prone to making mistake. Then one of those mistakes sent me to the hospital! When I finally got better and got out of there, I knew I needed to make some changes to my heating and air conditioning business. By spending all those long hours working on ACs and oil furnaces, I was burning myself out… I ended up making some dumb mistakes, which resulted in an cooling system component falling onto my head and putting in a 2 week long coma. When I emerged I was a new guy with a new lease on life and a new attitude about my heating and cooling dealer. I hired on numerous new heating and air conditioning technology specialists to handle house calls. Meanwhile, I stayed in the shop doing minor repairs and handling the office work. It was hard handing over most of the heating and air conditioning repair calls to new people, because I was such a hands-on type of guy. But the new workers enabled myself field a lot more boiler repair and ductless mini split repair calls, and to take on twice as many HVAC clients as I did before.
